Terms of Service

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

The Service retrieves information made publicly available through Bluesky and the AT Protocol and uses that information to calculate and display statistics, summaries, and sharing images for a selected public profile and year.

You do not need to create an account or pay a fee to use the Service. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features at any time. We are not required to store any result indefinitely or to continue supporting any particular year, profile, or feature.

Results generated and saved through the Service are public. A result may be accessed by handle and year, shared by users, included in a sitemap, indexed by search engines, and cached or redistributed by third parties. Generated sharing images are stored at publicly accessible URLs.

You are responsible for considering the privacy and interests of the person associated with a profile before generating, using, or sharing a result. If you are associated with a result and want us to consider removing it from the Service, contact us at olof@tandemfuture.com. We cannot control copies retained or shared by third parties.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of applicable law;
• use results to harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, defame, impersonate, or invade the privacy of another person;
• misrepresent a generated result, its source, or your relationship to a Bluesky account;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, circumvent technical restrictions, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• use automated means to place an unreasonable burden on the Service or to scrape the Service contrary to instructions we make available; or
• use the Service in a manner that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.

We may restrict or block access, remove a saved result, or take other reasonable action if we believe the Service is being misused or if required by law.

Wrapped results are automatically generated from information returned by third-party services. Results may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by deleted posts, API limitations, moderation, changes to Bluesky or the AT Protocol, and our calculation methods. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as an authoritative record or as professional advice.

The Service depends on and may link to third-party services, including Bluesky, AT Protocol services, Vercel, and PostHog. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices.

Bluesky Wrapped is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Bluesky Social, PBC. "Bluesky" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

The Service, including its original software, design, branding, and text, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

Public Bluesky profiles, posts, images, names, trademarks, and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Use of the Service does not grant you ownership of, or any additional license to, third-party content.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, ratings, or other feedback about the Service, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback to operate, improve, and promote the Service, without compensation or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of personal data, which remains governed by our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or available at any particular time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or opportunity, arising out of or related to the Service, even if we have been advised that such loss may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100). These exclusions and limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where applicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if necessary to protect the Service or others, or if required by law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts of Sweden, unless applicable mandatory law entitles you to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence. Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service.
